Ginkgo biloba?

Do you know the name of a specific product that contains ginkgo biloba? I%26#039;m looking for something to help me with focus and concentration. I was going to try Focus Factor, but it looks to be a bit expensive. Are there any moderately priced supplements available at the drug store with this ingredient that would work well?

Look for a multivitamin instead. Many contain ginkgo biloba.
Reply:Ginkgo won%26#039;t really help you unless you are a 80 year old with serious cognitive degradation. it%26#039;s doesn%26#039;t make a young brain better. try eating healthier, and get on a good sleep wake schedule. if that doesn%26#039;t help you might be iron deficient not enough blood getting to your brain. there are many problem that can affect memory, it may just be you have trained yourself to have a bad memory, you need to practice good memory making skills. look on line for some tips. :) Google it. %26quot; memory tips%26quot;
Reply:I buy ginko biloba at WalMart. I can%26#039;t remember how much it costs but it%26#039;s reasonable (less than $10 for a 3 month supply). Ginko isn%26#039;t just for memory improvement, but by helping to circulate blood better to all extremities, it does help your brain by bringing more oxygen. I use ginko to help with an inner ear problem.

You have to be careful with ginko biloba because it is an anti-coagulant which means it thins your blood and could result in more bleeding if you have a cut or if you have surgery. Try not to take it with other anti-coagulants like aspirin and astragalus.
