Will Ginkgo baloba and Glutathione be affective if i drink?
Drinking once a week won%26#039;t make a difference. Even better, I read once that ginkgo biloba might have some protective effects for the liver against alcohol. Not a license to go out and binge drink, but I wouldn%26#039;t worry about the two interacting negatively. Glutathione, too, plays a role in detoxing alcohol from your liver. I doubt that one night of LIGHT drinking will deplete your glutathione levels too much.

Much glutathione is destroyed in the stomach before it gets in to your system, so taking it orally isn%26#039;t always going to help you. Other ways to support glutathione production are vitamin C, alpha lipoic acid and undenatured whey protein.

Drink in moderation if you wish. It wouldn%26#039;t hurt to stop, either.
Reply:Of course it will still work. Be careful of the brand though. You might read the Supplement Buying Guide at NutritionalTree before buying.
Reply:They should still be effective, as long as you%26#039;re drinking moderately.
Reply:My experience of Ginko Biloba is that it seems quite strong as I have taken ginseng too and this does similar things only the Gingko seems buzzier for want of a better word, so MAYBE it is only required when you feel you need the boost and not everyday, depends.

Interestingly ginko biloba does the same as Warfren the treatment used for heart irregularity, to keep the blood flowing regularly.

The Chinese swear by these herbs.
Reply:Hi Ricky,

I don%26#039;t see a problem with having a drink once a week. Ginkgo baloba is great for the memory and Glutathione is the body%26#039;s Major antioxidant. The only problem is that Glutathione can%26#039;t be absorbed through the stomach. We also stop producing Glutathione by 10% per decade after the age of 20. Therefore we start to age and are prone to disease due to inflammation from the lack of Glutathione. Recently a brilliant scientist has developed Glutathione in capsule form which is readily absorbed into the body and actually restores Glutathione levels in the body. I would be happy to share more about this brilliant product with you, the benefits are endless. Please don%26#039;t hesitate to contact me at ,draggonfly12@yahoo.com.au, And please have a look at this website, www.maxgxl.com/pheonix. I hope this has been helpful. Kind regards, Jenni
