Ginkgo biloba?

Can anyone take Ginkgo Biloba.

I already take a complete supplement, can I take a Ginkgo supplemtent at the same time?

Ginkgo biloba?
sure
Reply:I do with no adverse side effects.

However you should always consult your doctor first as there can be adverse side effects depending on other medications etc. that you may be taking.
Reply:Maybe you won%26#039;t have the same reaction to Ginkgo Biloba that I did, but I found myself almost drowning in my own vomit twice in one night after taking three doses of 40 mg throughout a single day. This never happened to me before I took it, or since I stopped taking it.

One of the side effects is nausea, so I guess that%26#039;s the cause for me.
Reply:Yup; no problems between the 2.
Reply:Ginko Biloba is called a living fossil.

Ginko biloba is famous for aiding the body in stimulating blood flow. increased blood flow to the brain increases your mental acuity.

I see no reason why you could not take them together.

As with all herbs start slowly in the morning to make sure there will be no adverse side effects.

I found that out the hard way when I tried to to take feverfew as a preventative for migranes. Before I knew it; my throat started constricting and my tongue started swelling, and breathing was difficuly for a few hours; but I never took any more feverfew.
